We are serious about developing exceptional leaders throughout Reed Elsevier. This programme, run in partnership with Harvard Business School, is designed to support those who have the potential and the talent to rise to the very top of Reed Elsevier.

Each year, we send a select group of Reed Elsevier leaders to Harvard. Following some intensive prep work, they pack their bags and head to campus for a week-long immersion in a curriculum designed specifically for our leaders, in our industry, facing our challenges.

Harvard faculty members deliver customised content through case studies, interactive sessions, and group seminars on topics such as: strategy, finance, customer focus, leadership, and innovation.

Opportunities to interact with senior leaders and peers in this setting lead to personal and professional development.

And it doesn’t end when the week is over – participants often return with fresh ideas to apply in their businesses, and new contacts to consult with from across Reed Elsevier.
