Making a contribution

We know that one of the key measures of personal job satisfaction is the ability to make a meaningful contribution to the business.

Working with our e-learning partner, Skillsoft, we make a wealth of resources available to our employees for both job-specific and general development training.

In one recent case an employee, whose role was changing, was able to use these resources to gain the right skills to apply for and get a substantially more senior role in the company.
